Satisfaction survey in the Rotmonten old people's home

The satisfaction survey comprised a standardised survey of the two target groups as well as in-depth, semi-structured interviews with 15 selected residents. The standardised survey and the qualitative interviews dealt with different main topics, including satisfaction with the care and nursing, the rooms and the building, or the food and the care in the retirement home. Overall, the satisfaction survey led to a differentiated picture of the satisfaction and still open wishes of the residents and their relatives.
