Practical relevance

During your studies you will work on two large consulting projects. Based on a concrete assignment from business practice, you will learn to apply your knowledge in an integrative way. You will use a wide variety of analysis tools and project management methods to conduct surveys for real business situations. Every year, teams of students work on more than 240 practical projects for companies and organizations, which are organized by the Knowledge Transfer Office, WTT for short.

These consulting projects are a typical win-win situation: the students sharpen their practical skills in the long term and obtain a respected experience and practical credential for the job market - the clients get comprehensively elaborated answers to their specific questions. This practical experience within the framework of the practical projects is unique in Switzerland in this form.

The best student teams in the practical projects are honoured annually at the WTT Young Leader Award.
