The Master in Social Work at Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences prepares you for your future career in three main ways: you create concepts and develop new solutions to complex tasks; you manage projects and carry out research and evaluation work; you become competent at the interfaces with economics, politics and law, and you work in interdisciplinary teams. The Master's program in Social Work is a cooperation of three established Swiss Universities of Applied Sciences: Bern University of Applied Sciences, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences. This close form of cooperation has existed since 2007 and is unique in Switzerland. Students can thus benefit from the strenghts of the three universities and build up a professional network throughout German-speaking Switzerland.

Since the autumn semester 2019, the Master's degree in Social Work has been offered in a new format by the universities of Bern, Lucerne and St.Gallen. For more information
