Nermina Beganovic is a Research Associate in Leadership & HR at the Institute for Organization & Leadership. She focuses on topics such as career diversity, predictive HR analytics and sustainable HRM. She is a tutor for Bachelor students for practical projects and Bachelor theses with selective teaching assignments. Previously, she was responsible for business intelligence in one of the five systemically important banks in Switzerland. She holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen.
