The successful use of service robots in the care and nursing of older adults requires the consideration of different dimensions (individual, technology, business, law). Considering these dimensions an interdisciplinary project team use an innovative and user-centred approach (Human Centered Design) to test and develop service robots for older adults. Close collaboration with caretakers and older adults is sought. The results are implemented by economic partners.
