Diversity and equal opportunity policy
OST's commitment to diversity and equal opportunity as core values is an expression of its appreciation and recognition of all University members.
We see diversity in the form of varied backgrounds, identities, orientations, skills, experiences, lifestyles and situations as an enrichment. We see diversity as an important resource of key importance for developing the University as an organization, for innovation, competitiveness and for fulfilling our mission.
Guiding principles and areas of action
The «diversity and equal opportunity policy» formulates six guiding principles and five topical areas of action for promoting diversity and equal opportunity at our University. It was put into force on October 19, 2021 by the University management.
