OST International Week 2026 – October 12 to 15, 2026
Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences (OST) is globally connected and maintains partnerships with more than 180 universities around the world. In October, under the theme «Innovative Teaching for Future-Ready Minds,» it brings this diversity to campus for its students: as part of OST International Week 2026, international scholars will give lectures.
The program is aligned with OST degree programs. At the same time, it remains open to current topics and research areas of the guest lecturers. This gives OST students an international perspective on technology, innovation, business, and society, as well as insights into intercultural collaboration and global competencies. OST International Week 2026 offers a preview of what students can expect during a semester abroad.
Depending on availability, staff members and other interested individuals also have the opportunity to attend guest lectures. More information will follow.
What to Expect at International Week
International Week takes place at the OST campuses in Buchs, Rapperswil-Jona, and St.Gallen and includes, among other things:
