Using computer linguistic techniques to correct and harmonize legal formulations
Legal documents such as contracts are often created from text modules. This ensures legal conformity but requires manual adaptation of numerus (singular/plural) and genus (gender), especially when naming natural and legal persons in different languages. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors.
Together with our practice partner Octoiur, we are developing a concept for using Large Language Models (LLM) to support these editorial adaptations efficiently and securely. The focus here is on data protection and user-friendliness.
