Quality Assurance
Ensuring the reliability and quality of microelectronic components is a critical challenge. Achieving this requires a deep understanding of both manufacturing processes and testing methodologies. Engineers and professionals involved in design, fabrication, and verification must understand how fabrication constraints and test strategies influence circuit design. This seminar provides a practical introduction to the development, fabrication, and testing of semiconductor devices. Participants will gain hands-on insight into the complete process chain — from circuit design and designing production test circuitry to microfabrication and testing — using a self-fabricated example component.
