Testimonials

«During my exchange semester at IET’s technical office, I developed my thesis on methanol production via electrolysis and co-electrolysis, a cutting-edge topic in renewable energy research. Working alongside international researchers sharpened both my technical skills and my approach to scientific problem-solving.

Thanks to the international office which organized many events and activities, I’ve lived this experience to the fullest, furthermore living in the student dormitory introduced me to a vibrant community from across Europe, making every day outside the lab just as enriching. I loved this experience, I’ve always felt like I was at home, I highly recommend it.»

Francesco Fabozzi, exchange student from University of Bologna, Fall 2025

“Hey, I’m Arthur! This semester I left the United States for the first time in my life and it was the best decision I have ever made! I was able to make many new friends and every person that I have encountered has been so kind and welcoming. One of the highlights of my trip was immersing myself in nature and taking in Switzerlands beautiful mountain ranges. This semester I was able to accomplish and see so many cool things. If given the opportunity, I would certainly do it all again.”

Arthur Fleming, exchange student from Montclair State University, Fall 2025
