CAS Competition Law

Competition law and numerous sector regulations have become an integral part of everyday business law today. The CAS Competition Law provides in-depth expertise in the field of national and international antitrust law - technical/methodological, procedural as well as practice- and environment-related.

Antitrust compliance has become increasingly important for large companies, SMEs and associations. Members of the management board and board of directors are obliged to take precautionary compliance measures. Specialists and managers from various disciplines deal with aspects of antitrust law on a daily basis in production, sales and marketing.

Based on a systematic introduction to the fundamentals of antitrust law, the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) Competition Law imparts practical skills and a comprehensive understanding of antitrust compliance management and litigation. The course includes practical analysis, case studies and offers the opportunity to practice challenging project situations and litigation.
