System, network and software security
You will develop your technical expertise in securing systems, networks and software. In doing so, you will learn to identify vulnerabilities, analyse attack scenarios and implement appropriate protective measures throughout the entire lifecycle of applications and infrastructure.
Security architecture and design
In this specialisation, you will design and implement holistic security architectures. You will define policies, standards and technologies, and ensure that security requirements are systematically integrated into organisations and their IT environments.
Security Assurance, Cyber Resilience and Cyber Defence
You will learn how to systematically audit and test systems and defend them against attacks. You will explore threat analysis, the fundamentals of cryptography and methods for enhancing the resilience of systems, and develop strategies for active cyber defence.
Security operations
The focus here is on the secure operation and continuous monitoring of systems. They deal with risk analyses, incident response and the implementation of security strategies during day-to-day operations in order to ensure the long-term integrity and availability of systems.
Industrial and IoT Security
In this area, you will focus on the security of networked and industrial systems. You will learn how to secure critical infrastructure, IoT applications and operational technologies, identify threats at an early stage and implement security measures in complex real-world environments.
