Various evidence-based information sources (e.g. evidence syntheses and guidelines) are available for healthcare practice. However, they are not integrated into workflows.
To use these sources effectively and to promote evidence-based healthcare, evidence should be readily and easily accessible.
The aim of the research project is to support nursing staff in their everyday work at the point of care by providing specialist and evidence-based knowledge quickly and easily. This means that the knowledge is made available in a timely manner and integrated into processes during the planning and execution of work.
A sub-project took place in collaboration with the Institute of Information- and Process Management (IPM) and LEP AG. Together, we continue to explore the topic of knowledge management, including also the use of artificial intelligence.
