The Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences has an excellent international network, offering students the opportunity to establish their own international contacts. Our network enables both students and university teachers to expand their experience abroad and make new discoveries as a way of investing in their professional future.
This benefits our outgoing students, who spend a semester or a whole academic year studying in another European country (Erasmus programme) or overseas. We warmly welcome incoming students from our partner universities around the world as an enrichment to campus life in Buchs, Rapperswil and St Gallen.
As a student of the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences, you are welcome to go abroad outside our existing university partnerships as a freemover. To do this, you organise your stay at a suitable host university yourself and plan the exchange programme with the aid of the head of your study programme and your university teachers.
