Microcalorimeter
Within an Innosuisse project, we developed a measurement platform with an ultra-stable temperature chamber combined with high-precision temperature and heat-flux sensing.
Originally designed to detect heat signals from battery chemistry samples under operation, the system is:
- High-precision: +/- 0.1 µW heat-flux measurement precision (top in class)
- 2’000CHF per channel vs. 10’000CHF from competition
- Extremely stable: +/- 10 mK temperature stability
- 2 options: 16 channels or 64 channels
