International Summer School on Sustainability at OST

Tired from too much heat? Join the International Summer School on Sustainability at OST and learn about climate change mitigation and sustainability.

From 25th to 29th July 2022, two partners of the EU SophiA and TRI-HPprojects are organizing an International Summer School on Sustainability at OST in Rapperswil.

40 students from OSTOstschweizer Fachhochschulen, HKAHochschule Karlsruhe, TUB – Transilvania University of Brasov will attend the International Summer School on Sustainability at OST in Rapperswil, Switzerland.

The Sustainability Summer School will focus on climate change mitigation and sustainability. With international experts and applying interactive VARK learning methods, participants will gain new knowledge and competencies about technical solutions to reduce our ecological footprint. After the Sustainability Summer School, we encourage participants to continue their experience by organizing a Sustainability Week in their home universities. The aim is to build change agents to support increasing the capacity of young people to become active participants in shaping a more sustainable future.

A networking event for students will be organized to enable senior experts from companies all over the world to share their experiences to the students and early career researchers working in the fields of sustainability and renewable energy.
