Jasmin Seitz is a Professor of Organization at the Institute of Organization and Leadership (IOL). Her professional endeavors encompass research, teaching, and consulting, focusing on strategic organizational development and digital transformation. In her earlier professional career, she contributed her expertise as a management consultant at the global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company for several years. Furthermore, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Technical University of Munich subsequent to achieving her Ph.D. from the University of Regensburg.
