Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We run a diversity webinar series in collaboration with the Swiss Wind Energy R&D Network. Sarah Barber acts as Chair of the Diversity Committee of the European Academy of Wind Energy, which aims to improve DEI in wind energy science, by (a) providing tools to help people improve DEI in their organisations, (b) increasing the visibility of under-represented groups and (c) acting as positive role models by improving DEI within EAWE and our own organisations.
