Research project
As part of a project at the ZHAW, the idea of introducing a kitchen assistance arm for older people was examined.
Within the framework of this project, the IAF used group interviews with senior citizens to investigate the importance of cooking in the everyday lives of older people, how cooking habits have changed over the course of their lives, whether there are restrictions on cooking in old age and what implications this has for the social lives of senior citizens.
