Awareness of inpatient and outpatient institutions as well as training centres regarding the needs of older LGBTI and HIV+/AIDS people in Switzerland.

What is the situation in ageing and care organisations with regard to raising awareness of people who belong to the LGBTI group?

The aim of the study is to determine the sensitisation of various ageing and care organisations (inpatient and outpatient facilities, training centres) in Switzerland with regard to people who identify as lesbian, gay, bi-, trans- or intersexual (LGBTI).
In addition, the awareness of HIV-positive people and people with AIDS will also be investigated. This will provide representative data on the possible need for action and as a basis for decision-makers.
