Strategy 2.0

Building and promoting intra-company dynamic capabilities in SMEs.

The aim of the 'Strategy 2.0' project is to examine the contribution of selected internal levers that help companies to achieve sustainable success in a dynamic environment. The project develops a strategic diagnostic tool for SMEs, derives measures from it and accompanies their implementation. The focus is on four levers: knowledge and thinking; behavior and leadership; organization and coordination; connections and interaction. These levers help to enable stability / continuity or change / innovation. The instrument is coordinated with and complements strategic activities geared to the market.
