Yannic Wild is a research assistant at the Institute for Information and Process Management. He is in charge of administrative and project management tasks in various projects. Previously he worked as a customer advisor for a Cantonal Bank and as a clerk for a psychiatric group. He is currently completing a Master's degree in Business Information Systems at the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences, where he previously successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems.
