Investigation of the Determinants of Robo Advice Use and Development of a Measurement Tool to Identify Customers for Robo Advice Services.

Robo Advice Services are new automated forms of financial advice based on artificial rather than human intelligence. The project aims to research the readiness of customers to use robo advice services and to develop a "Big Data" based measurement tool. The measurement tool will enable financial service providers for the first time to classify prospects and customers with a robo readiness score. Based on the score, suitable customers for robo advice can be identified and target.
