Staff Mobility

OST offers lecturers and other university staff the opportunity to gain experience abroad. There are various possibilities for this, for example a teaching assignment or «job shadowing» at a partner university.

For University Staff

Under the Swiss-European Mobility Program (SEMP), university staff of all staff categories can visit a university in the EU for further training (STT, Staff Training).

For Lecturers

Lecturers also have the option of teaching at an EU partner university (STA, Teaching Exchange).
A mixed form of training and teaching is now also possible.  These activities are financially supported by SEMP.
