Michael Gino Kraft is a lecturer in sustainable management at the Institute for Organization and Leadership. His focus is the sustainable transformation of organizations. He teaches topics from the areas of leadership, project management and quality management. Previously, he was a strategist and organizational officer at a large foundation. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Szent István University.
