Gender-sensitive career choice

In the area of gender-sensitive career choices, the Diversity and Equal Opportunities staff department and other organisational units at OST implement various projects with different approaches. The staff unit offers expertise on gender-atypical career choices and the promotion of young female STEM talent.

As part of Digital Girls, the computer science degree program offers secondary school pupils an in-depth look at the world of computer science. In six practical workshops, they learn about the basics of programming, program a robot and build their own home network.

Would you like to help shape the digital world and bring your creativity and ideas into the digital world? Then take part in ‘Digital Girls - Next Generation’, a computer science workshop for secondary and high school girls. Computer science students and graduates will support you in developing and realising your ideas. Programming skills are not essential.
