Resilient Minds, Resilient Teams: How can healthcare employees stay mentally healthy in difficult times?

Welcome to the homepage of the Mai-Anlass 2024, which will take place on the 29th of May 2024 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Here you will find all the important information about the event, which is organised by the Competence Centre for Mental Health, Department of Health, of the OST – University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland.

At a time when the healthcare sector is facing unprecedented challenges, the resilience and mental health of our employees is crucial. This year’s Mai-Anlass brings together professionals, students, and peers in the field of healthcare, who are interested in supporting and promoting good mental health in the workplace.

We aim to collectively share best practice in theoretical, empirical, and clinical advances through hands-on workshops and the presentation of relevant research and practice. Overall, the discussions of the day will focus on the question: “Resilient Minds, Resilient Teams: How can healthcare employees stay mentally healthy in difficult times?”
