Gastreferat Microelectronics: PULP Platform

In this talk, the PULP platform will be introduced, which has been a project by ETH Zurich and the University of Bologna under the guidance of Prof. Luca Benini since 2013. In this short time, 50 ASICs have already been taped out with PULP technology. It has provided the backbone of many collaborative projects and it has even been used in commercial products. The status and next goals of the project will be explained and the different collaboration models that have been used so far will be discussed.
Speaker
Frank K. Gürkaynak is the director of the Microelectronics Design Center which supports IC, FPGA and PCB design within ETH Zurich and he works as a Senior Scientist in the group of Luca Benini supporting him in running the group. He has been part of PULP project since its beginning.
